Weston

Weston is among the 10 most affluent towns in the United States. The population as of 2010 was 11,261 and is located about 15 miles from Boston. Weston has one high school, one middle school and a centralized elementary system. Weston has three MBTA commuter rail stations that all connect with North Station in Boston and has easy access to major routes such as Mass Pike and Route 128. Weston's area is only slight smaller than it's neighbors town, Newton which has a much higher population of about 90,000. As a result, Weston's houses are on average much larger than nearby towns with larger lots. It also has one of the lowest crime rates in Massachusetts.  Weston has a quaint downtown area with town green and some smaller shops.
